BUSINESS CLUB

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TannClub (the “Club,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the exclusive digital network for dental professionals. By registering for an account, accessing our website, or using our digital membership card, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Nature of the Club (Non-Commercial Purpose)

Peer-to-Peer Network: TannClub is operated strictly as a private professional networking and community platform designed to connect dentists with one another. We do not operate as a commercial storefront or profit-making broker through this platform.
Independent Third-Party Perks: Any perks, discounts, or services provided by third-party partners (such as partner hotels, car rentals, or vendors) are fulfilled independently by those third parties. We do not act as an agent, broker, or financial intermediary for any third-party services.

3. Eligibility & Professional Verification

Dentists & Dental Professionals Only: This platform is exclusively for verified dental professionals, practitioners, and specialists.
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, current, and accurate professional credentials during registration. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that cannot verify its professional status.

4. Code of Conduct & Member Responsibilities

As a member of this private club, you agree to:

Maintain professional courtesy and respect toward all other members in discussions, messaging, and group interactions.
Keep Credentials Secure: Your login details and digital wallet club card are strictly personal. You agree not to share your digital pass or account access with non-members.
No Unauthorized Solicitation: Do not use member directories to spam, harvest data, or aggressively market unrelated commercial products without prior consent from members.

5. Peer-to-Peer Equipment & Material Exchange

Member-to-Member Transactions: TannClub may provide dedicated spaces (such as a classifieds group or forum) where verified dental professionals can list used equipment, surplus materials, or professional items for sale, trade, or transfer directly with other members.
No Platform Involvement: TannClub is strictly a venue to connect buyers and sellers. We do not buy, sell, inspect, guarantee, or broker any equipment listed by members. We collect zero commission on these transactions.
Buyer & Seller Responsibility: Any financial exchange, shipping, legal transfer, or warranty regarding medical or dental equipment is strictly between the two individual members involved. TannClub and its operators assume zero liability for any faulty equipment, financial loss, regulatory compliance issues, or disputes arising from peer-to-peer sales.

6. Digital Wallet Cards & Perks

The digital membership card issued to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet serves solely as proof of active membership status within TannClub.
Partner venues (hotels, services) have the right to verify active membership via the card’s verification system before honoring any advertised club perks or rates. We are not responsible if a third-party partner fails or refuses to honor a courtesy discount.

7. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of what you post (messages, photos, comments), but you grant us a license to host and display that content within the secure boundaries of the platform for other members to see.
We reserve the right to remove any content or ban users who violate professional standards or post inappropriate material.

8. Limitation of Liability

As-Is Platform: The website, community features, and digital tools are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.
No Liability for Interactions: Because TannClub is a non-commercial networking initiative, TannClub and its operators accept zero legal or financial liability for any agreements, disputes, damages, or issues arising from real-world meetings, hotel stays, business dealings, or equipment transactions between members or partners.

9. Termination of Membership

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the integrity of the professional community. You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our community features. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
